By registering for the Midwest Pre-National Hitter's Clinic, I acknowledge that participation in volleyball activities involves inherent risks of injury. I hereby release, waive, and discharge Midwest Pre-National, its organizers, coaches, staff, and volunteers from any and all liability for injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during the clinic. I confirm that the participant is in good physical condition and able to participate. I give permission for any emergency medical treatment if needed. I also grant permission for photos/videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes.
